Following a successful career of 30 years in executive management in higher education, Terry has advised executives in both private and public sectors on approaches that enhance management team performance to more effectively lead their organizations. He helps leaders understand how critical it is to value and develop their staff to achieve maximum organizational success. Terry’s background includes capital budgeting and planning, property development and real estate, facility enhancement, master facilities planning and financial service operations. He currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the College of Public Affairs at the University of Baltimore.
