Warren A. Green

With 45 years of executive management in health care administration, Warren has developed a deep expertise in strategic planning, marketing, financial management and human resources. For 15 years, Warren served as the President and CEO of LifeBridge Health, the parent company of Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, Northwest Hospital, Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital, and Courtland Gardens Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

Under Warren’s capable leadership, LifeBridge Health grew to generate more than $1 billion in patient revenues, employ more than 7000 staff and be affiliated with more than 1500 physicians. LifeBridge garnered a number of awards for excellence, including the designation by Fortune Magazine as one of the top 100 places to work in America.

Warren previously served as the President and CEO of Sinai Health System and of Sinai Hospital of Baltimore. He also served as the Senior Vice President-East Region and CEO of United Hospital in St. Paul, MN, and as the President of Mount Sinai Hospital in Minneapolis.

His educational credentials include a Masters of Science in Hygiene-Health Care Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, Graduate School of Public Health and a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh.

Warren is currently on the board of The Maryland Patient Safety Center and is a Commissioner of Maryland Public Television. He has served on the boards of numerous Maryland institutions, including the American Red Cross, Central Maryland Chapter, the Center Club of Baltimore, the Economic Alliance of Greater Baltimore, the Maryland Highway Safety Foundation Executive Committee, the Maryland Hospital Association and the United Way of Central Maryland. He also has held an associate faculty appointment at the Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health.
